The first six-car train for Bogota Metro Line 1 has arrived at the Port of Cartagena.

Bogotá Metro Line 1 will be the Colombian capital's first metro line, stretching 23.86 kilometers. Built by CHEC, the project covers the construction of 16 stations and the procurement of 30 trains. Once completed, it will serve as the backbone of Bogotá's public transport system, offering millions of residents faster, more comfortable, and greener mobility, while playing a vital role in the city's economic and social development.
