Since early 2025, Afristar has proudly supported a feeding program at Hope Baptist School in Mathare. The impact?  

Enrollment has risen by 58%, from 106 to 168 students. Reliable meals encourage attendance and help children stay in school.  

Hunger has decreased, focus has improved, and students' well-being and learning engagement have increased—paving the way for brighter futures.  

The growing student body also created local jobs: the school hired two teachers and two cooks, boosting household incomes.
