Marlon, engineer for the Huaycoloro River Integrated Management Project in Peru, constructed by CCCC's subsidiary CWE, is a true champion of water governance. 

For years, the Huaycoloro River area suffered from frequent flooding, causing significant distress to riverside communities. Over the past two years, Marlon has worked side-by-side with Chinese engineers—from conducting foot surveys along muddy riverbanks to applying Chinese technical solutions, from training local talent to participating in public welfare initiatives. Together with his team, he has helped safeguard the safety and hopes of over 30,000 families along the river. With the project's completion, Marlon has fulfilled his own "champion dream".
