Building bridges of friendship through mutual help and support! Ayong, a young man from Indonesia, is a translator for the Semarang-Demak highway project 1B, constructed by CRBC. 

When he first joined CCCC, his Chinese was not very smooth, and he felt lost when faced with complex terminology and technical documents. However, these challenges fueled his motivation. His Chinese colleagues enthusiastically helped him with pronunciation and worked together to tackle challenges. With their support, Ayong has not only become more skilled in his work, but has also bought a new house for his family. 

He emotionally said, "Joining CCCC was the best decision I ever made." In the future, he will continue to contribute to his hometown with dreams and hope.
