Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed railway along the Yangtze River opened for operation
The second high-speed rail link between Shanghai and Nanjing was recently opened for operation! As the train G7799 departed from Wujin Station in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province for Shanghai, it marked the official opening of the CCCC-participated Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed railway along the Yangtze River.
The railway is 279 kilometers long and has a designated speed of 350 kilometers per hour. It provides 5G coverage along the entire line, further optimizing the communication experience for passengers.
The opening of the railway will further enhance the transportation network in the Yangtze River Delta and facilitate people’s travel along the line. It is of great significance for promoting the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
