Once open to traffic, the bridge will reduce travel time between Petrovaradin and Kać from about 40 minutes to just 5 minutes, strengthening the connection between Novi Sad and Ruma.

Recently, the Danube Bridge — a key project of the Novi Sad–Ruma Expressway built by CCCC's subsidiary CRBC, was successfully connected at its final section.

With a total length of 1,663 meters, this cable-stayed bridge is the first of its kind across the Danube River built by a Chinese company in Serbia. At the closing ceremony, community representatives witnessed the concrete pouring and praised CCCC's high-quality construction.

Once open to traffic, the bridge will reduce travel time between Petrovaradin and Kać from about 40 minutes to just 5 minutes. It will significantly improve regional transportation efficiency, strengthen the connection between Novi Sad and Ruma, and provide robust support for industries, logistics, and cultural tourism along the route.
