This Dragon Boat Festival, CCCCers around the world celebrated in their own unique ways. From West Africa to South Asia, from the high seas to construction sites, the same festive spirit brought people together across cultures.

In West Africa, builders from Nigeria and Guinea joined local colleagues to make zongzi and share stories, strengthening their friendship through the holiday.

In Saudi Arabia, CCCC employees handcrafted mugwort sachets, taking part in an immersive experience of traditional Chinese customs and gaining a firsthand appreciation of the depth and unique appeal of traditional Chinese medicine culture.

At sea, the crew of the "Tongtan" turned rowing machines into dragon boats, racing in friendly competitions to capture the thrill of the tradition.

In Laos and Cambodia, Chinese and local staff wrapped zongzi together, blending cultures with every fold of the bamboo leaves.

In Sri Lanka, the 2026 Dragon Boat Festival and China-Sri Lanka Friendship Cup Dragon Boat Race took place at Colombo Port City. Nineteen teams from both countries competed fiercely. Beyond the races, cultural exhibitions and food experiences brought the festive spirit to a climax.
