Recently, the unveiling ceremony for the electric multiple units and electric locomotives of the CCCC's East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project was held at the Sultan Ahmad Shah City Station in Pahang, Malaysia.
Guests boarded the trains and experienced the smooth and comfortable modern facilities firsthand, expressing high expectations for the upcoming commencement of operations. Local representatives noted that the new trains will bring local residents a stable, comfortable, and convenient travel experience, making ECRL a vital engine driving economic development along the route.
Currently, the overall progress of the ECRL project has reached 91.7%. The unveiling of the EMUs and electric locomotives marks a significant step forward from high-quality construction to high-standard operation.
