Recently, significant milestones were reached in two of CCCC's overseas projects — the main building of the International Conference Centre Hotel (ICC Hotel) in Enugu State, Nigeria, has been topped out, while the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching Phase 2 (BCCK 2) in Malaysia, has entered full-scale structural construction.
ICC Hotel in Enugu State, Nigeria
Located in the heart of Enugu, approximately 3 kilometers from the State Government Office Building, the hotel is one of Nigeria's key projects for promoting economic transformation. With a total floor area of approximately 35,000 square meters, the development comprises three ten-story main towers and one podium building. As a crucial driver of Enugu's the integrated development of "business and tourism", the project will inject new momentum into Nigeria's economic diversification efforts and help establish Enugu as a regional hub for business and tourism in West Africa.
BCCK 2 in Malaysia

Covering a total floor area of 88,305 square meters, the BCCK 2 project reaches a height of 23.2 meters and includes a three-story convention center, a six-story parking building, and supporting facilities. Set to serve as the main venue for the 2028 World Water Congress, the project will further enhance local infrastructure and stimulate the growth of the convention and exhibition economy in the surrounding region.
