These projects represent significant strides in infrastructure development and demonstrate CCCC's commitment to enhancing connectivity and fostering economic growth across multiple regions.

Recently, several projects in countries such as Madagascar, Kenya, Solomon Islands, Senegal, and Singapore have made significant strides. Let's take a look!
Madagascar: Capital Airport Expressway opened
The project, with a total length of 18.67 kilometers, includes a main line (12 kilometers) and four linking roads (6.67 kilometers). The road is designed with a bidirectional, two-lane asphalt concrete surface. The opening of the expressway has drastically shortened the travel time between Ivato International Airport and the Boulevard De L'europe, greatly improving traffic conditions along the route and providing convenience for local residents'travel and economic development.
Kenya: The renovation and upgrading works at Nyayo National Stadium completed
Recently, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) African Nations Championship kicked off at the Nyayo National Stadium in Kenya, which was renovated by CCCC. This marks the official opening of the stadium, which has now become a new sports landmark in Nairobi and Kenya.
Originally built in 1983, the Nyayo National Stadium occupies about 9.87 hectares with a main building height of 15 meters. The renovation works preserved the stadium's iconic elliptical structure and included indoor refurbishments, the installation of monitoring and network systems, construction of four modern lighting towers, turf maintenance, and a comprehensive upgrade of water and electricity systems. After the renovation, the stadium meets the highest standards set by the CAF and has become the main venue for the African Nations Championship.
The stadium's transformation propels African sports infrastructure into a new era of smart, green, and efficient development. It will also serve as a key venue for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations and a regional sports hub.
Solomon Islands: Successful Test Flight for Santa Cruz Airport Runway Upgrade
The original runway at the Santa Cruz (Lata) Airfield was 915 meters long. The new runway will be extended to a total length of 1,350 meters, with the construction divided into two phases. The completion of the new 980-meter runway marks the completion of the first phase.
Currently, the second phase has also begun construction. The modernization of the surrounding airport infrastructure will provide strong support for the Solomon Islands' tourism industry, fisheries development, and climate disaster defense.
Senegal: Ndayane Port project enters main construction phase
Located 50 kilometers east of Dakar, Senegal's capital, the Ndayane Port project aims to design and build a container terminal capable of handling ships weighing 25.5 tons and 18.1 tons simultaneously. Once completed, the port will become a key cargo hub in West Africa, driving Senegal's economic and social development.
Singapore: Cross Island Line Phase 2 construction begins
The Cross Island Line spans 51.3 kilometers, connecting the central core areas of Singapore from east to west, and is being constructed in three phases. Phase 2 of the Cross Island Line is 14.97 kilometers long and will include 6 stations. Once completed, the line will become the longest metro line in Singapore, significantly reducing commuting times for residents and enhancing the connectivity and resilience of the island's transport network.
