CCCC has organized a variety of cultural exchange activities, providing employees with a platform to understand and respect diverse cultures, while also strengthening team cohesion.

During the Cambodian New Year, CCCC employees joined local communities in the festivities, enthusiastically participating in the traditional water-splashing festival celebration, immersing themselves in the charm of Cambodian culture. Employees also exchanged New Year greetings in Khmer, deepening their connections with one another.

Cultural exchange plays a vital role in fostering friendships. The event featured the traditional Lao Baci ceremony, symbolizing good wishes for the New Year. This key activity not only allowed Lao employees to reconnect with their hometown traditions but also gave Chinese employees a chance to experience the unique appeal of Lao culture. During the water-splashing festival celebration, employees from both countries joyfully splashed water on one another, creating a lively atmosphere filled with laughter. These wonderful moments were captured in photographs, which were proudly displayed on a photo wall at the event venue.
