In 2023, as a civil engineering graduate, he joined the Semarang-Demak lB Toll Road project undertaken by CCCC's subsidiary CRBC, starting with the most basic measurement tasks. Under the patient guidance of his Chinese colleagues, Dhanl quickly mastered professional skills, leveraging his deep understanding of local culture, successfully resolved multiple potential cultural conflicts.
In just two years, his diligence and outstanding performance earned him widespread recognition, propelling him from an intern to a department lead. By 2025, when an unexpected audit task arose, Dhanl remained composed, leading his team to deliver a flawless result.
Today, his notebook has evolved from a learning tool into a teaching resource, continuing to pass on CCCC's spirit of craftsmanship!
