The Mohammed VI Tangier Tech City, implemented by CRBC, is progressing rapidly.
Covering an area of 2,167 hectares, the project is divided into two main sections: a free trade zone and a smart city. Once completed, it will become a comprehensive modern industrial city integrating industry, commerce, residential areas, public services, and recreational facilities, with the capacity to provide employment for 100,000 people and housing for 300,000 residents.
The first phase of the project, covering 486 hectares, has almost completed its investment promotion efforts, with nearly 30 companies having signed agreements to set up operations.
In a media interview, Morocco's former Minister of Economy and Finance, Fathallah Oualalou, expressed that the project has brought unprecedented development opportunities to Morocco, helping the country move toward a more prosperous future.
