The Baihe Mountain Tunnel, a key section of the Yiwu-Longquan-Qingyuan Expressway, is a twin-bore, four-lane tunnel with a total length of 7,397 meters. During construction, the CCCC project team introduced seven types of intelligent equipment, including the arch-anchor trolley, the three-arm rock drilling rig, and the wet shotcrete trolley, and integrated cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing to achieve full mechanization, intelligence, and digitalization of the construction process. This not only improved the working environment, reduced safety risks, but also significantly enhanced work efficiency.
The arch-anchor trolley is a "versatile player", capable of being equipped with different devices on its mechanical arms to perform multiple functions. The project selected three-arm trolleys with an operating range of 5 to 16 meters, and the maximum lifting force of the middle arm is up to 3 tons.
Arch-anchor trolley
The installation of pre-assembled arch frames using the integrated arch-anchor trolley greatly enhances the construction efficiency and safety.
Three-arm rock drilling rig
The "excavation powerhouse" - the three-arm rock drilling rig - enables multi-arm synchronized high-precision automatic drilling. Compared with traditional manual drilling, it only requires two workers to operate, significantly enhancing construction efficiency.
