Mexico's Mayan Train project recently hosted a team-building event, bringing together Chinese and Mexican employees to reflect on their shared journey and achievements since the project's launch in 2021. The event featured engaging activities and games, deepening mutual understanding. By enhancing local employees' sense of belonging, the activity further strengthened team cohesion and collaborative spirit.
In Cameroon
During the Chinese Winter Solstice, a cultural exchange event was held by CCCC's Central Africa Regional Center. Employees donned traditional Chinese hanfu, sang, danced, and prepared dumplings, the signature dish for this occasion. The event offered participants a glimpse into the profound heritage of Chinese traditional culture.
In Uganda
On December 18, CCCC's Southeast Africa Regional Center hosted a collective wedding ceremony for seven couples. With over 100 friends and colleagues from different backgrounds in attendance, the couples exchanged lifelong vows. This marked the fourth collective wedding organized by the center, with 23 couples having got married through this unique and heartwarming tradition, showcasing the vibrant and human-centered culture of CCCC's overseas projects.
