Recently, over 180 community representatives and local residents joined the open day event of Paquete Q-04 para la entrega de la Solución Integral de la Quebrada Huaycoloro, constructed by CCCC's subsidiary CWE to witness the project's achievements in environmental protection and related areas.
This project is located in the Lurigancho-Chosica and San Antonio districts, about 15 kilometers northeast of downtown Lima, Peru. Spanning a length of 10.5 kilometers, this key livelihood project of Peru is designed to significantly enhance flood prevention and control capabilities in the Huaycoloro River Basin. Once completed, it will effectively mitigate natural disasters caused by extreme El Niño climate events, safeguard the lives and property of over 30,000 households along the river, and improve the local living environment.
During the event, Chinese and Peruvian participants presented traditional cultural performances, fostering cultural exchange and mutual understanding. Community representatives expressed their gratitude to the project team, praising the project for bringing safety and stability to local residents.
