This is India's first large-scale deepwater and container transshipment port, featuring an automated terminal. The quay crane at the terminal has a lifting height of 53 meters, setting a new record for quay crane lifting height in India.
CCCC's subsidiary ZPMC provides one-stop solutions for automated terminals. The company not only provided conventional automated harbor equipment and the Equipment Control System (ECS) but also a comprehensive portfolio of terminal related sub-systems, including the Terminal Operating System (TOS), complemented by aftermarket spare parts contracting services to ensure seamless terminal operations. The commissioning of this equipment is set to enhance operational efficiency and safety at this port, with the first phase projected to handle an annual throughput of 1 million TEUs, infusing new vitality into the global logistics and transportation sector.
