The Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway, Cambodia's first highway, opened in October 2022. As of June 21, 2024, it has operated safely and smoothly for 630 days, with a cumulative traffic volume exceeding 8.6 million vehicles.

On April 17, 2024, which marks the Cambodian New Year, a homeless Cambodian woman gave birth to a baby boy at 4:03 AM in a makeshift "delivery room" on the grassy area near the toll station in Phnom Penh, the total traffic volume of the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway. Both mother and child are safe and healthy!
In a critical 21 minutes, with everyone's concerted efforts, the woman welcomed her little angel. The on-duty team members cared for the mother and baby as if they were family, voluntarily donating 200,000 riels (approximately $50) and accompanying them to the hospital for further examination.
The story of the baby vividly embodies CCCC's commitment to ESG principles. The Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway, Cambodia's first highway, opened in October 2022. As of June 21, 2024, it has operated safely and smoothly for 630 days, with a cumulative traffic volume exceeding 8.6 million vehicles. Managed by CRBC under CCCC, the expressway upholds the "full-cycle, all-element ESG governance" philosophy, establishing the "beautiful highway, road to happiness" cultural brand. In November 2023, CRBC released its first Cambodia-specific ESG report, which was also the first ESG report issued by a company in Cambodia.
