Through these initiatives, CCCC continues to contribute to agricultural modernization.

In recent years, CCCC has built many high-standard farmland projects across various regions in China, contributing to the development of a modern agricultural industry with its innovative solutions.
Empowering agriculture with technology to build smart farmland
In Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, CCCC has upgraded approximately 13,333 hectares of farmland. This project includes the construction of 421 prefabricated well houses equipped with submersible pumps and electric machines, significantly enhancing land resource utilization and advancing sustainable smart agriculture in Harbin.
In Fuyuan, CCCC has developed 10,087 hectares of new farmland, which includes land leveling, irrigation and drainage systems, and the renovation of field roads. These efforts have elevated the basic infrastructure of farmland, transforming the black soil into high-standard farmland.
In Xinxiang, Henan Province, a high-standard farmland demonstration zone spanning 2.5 thousand mu (approximately 1667 hectares) has been established. This project integrates smart agriculture IoT systems, big data, and cloud computing to analyze data for irrigation and fertilization control. Additionally, fixed spray irrigation and fertigation systems have been introduced, improving irrigation efficiency and achieving water and fertilizer conservation. The upgraded farmland has seen an average yield increase of 20% per mu.
Build high-yield farmland with enhanced efficiency
In Liuzhou, Guangxi Province, 73.7 hectares of arable land have been converted into paddy fields. By optimizing irrigation and drainage measures, improving soil structure, increasing soil fertility and reducing the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, CCCC has developed stable and ecological farmland.
In Deyang, Sichuan Province, CCCC has built 1,126 hectares of paddy fields and added 161.4 hectares of new arable land. The project includes land leveling, soil improvement, irrigation and drainage, as well as farmland protection and ecological conservation, comprehensively enhancing local agricultural infrastructure and productivity.
In Xinmin, Liaoning Province, a high-standard farmland project covering 2,458.7 hectares has been implemented. Measures such as land leveling, improving farmland water conservancy, and transforming small plots into larger fields have been adopted to build a model of modern large-scale farming in Xinmin.
Optimizing Land Use to Build Eco-Friendly Farmland
In Baicheng, Jilin Province, CCCC has focused on developing arable saline-alkali wasteland, increasing the arable land area by 7,693 hectares and improving more than 300 hectares of low-yield fields. The measures have effectively boosted grain crop yields and increased farmers' incomes. The optimization of irrigation methods has also promoted sustainable development and ecological improvement in the farmland.
In Jinzhou, Liaoning Province, the high-standard farmland project has enhanced agricultural production conditions by building new electromechanical wells, managing drainage ditches, and implementing protective measures. This has created a comprehensive, sustainable, and efficient agricultural system that integrates production, environment protection, and landscape.
In Changchun, Jilin Province, CCCC has participated in a high-standard farmland project covering a total area of 2,613 hectares. The project includes the renovation of the roads with farm equipment, the installation of water wells, and the construction of overhead power lines, significantly improving village appearance and living conditions.
