The project is a crucial passage for cargo transportation in and out of Yantian Port.

As the pavement paving machine moves forward slowly, a perfectly smooth and standard 3D-printed road surface unfolds like a carpet.
Compared to traditional asphalt paving, which relies on manual measurements and struggles to achieve high precision, the 3D asphalt paving technology upgrades manual operation to auto control. Equipped with a 3D control system onboard, the paving machine not only enhances overall paving accuracy by 10% to 15% but also significantly improves construction efficiency.
Empowered by 3D technology, CCCC has transformed asphalt roads into a stunning "black silk ribbon", showcasing the perfect integration of technology and construction.
Chengdu-Nanchong Expressway Project in Sichuan
The project includes 24 kilometers of road surface construction and 11 kilometers of roadbed and interchange engineering. By introducing a "3D printing" paving machine, the project achieved a road surface smoothness of 0.6 millimeters.
Yantian Port East Interchange project
The project is a crucial passage for cargo transportation in and out of Yantian Port. It is a 4-level, 5-road large-scale interchange with a total length of 7.7 kilometers, covering an asphalt paving of 220,000 square meters.
The construction team installed temperature sensors on the paving machine to monitor asphalt temperature in real-time, ensuring the smoothness between the tunnel and high-temperature bridge decks within 3 millimeters.
