Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway
Linking four major cities in Northeast China – Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang, and Dalian – this is the world's first alpine high-speed railway.
Jilin–Heihe Expressway
Connecting Jilin to Heihe, this is another major transportation artery passing through Harbin after the Beijing-Harbin Expressway.
Line 3 of the Harbin Metro

In order to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China and facilitate regional industrial development, Heilongjiang's Roads Network is being upgraded.
The Beijing-Fuyuan Expressway from Shuangcheng to the Third Ring Road of Harbin is expanded from two lanes in each direction to six lanes, designed for a speed of 80 kilometers per hour.
The Beijing-Harbin Expressway from Lalinxian to Harbin is expanded from four to eight lanes, designed for a speed of 120 kilometers per hour.
