The Liulin Park Ecological Restoration Pavilion, a project of CCCC Investment won the WINNER award in the concept category, thanks to its outstanding design and innovative concepts.
Recently, the list of winners for the 2023 ICONIC AWARDS: Innovative Architecture was unveiled. The Liulin Park Ecological Restoration Pavilion, a project of CCCC Investment, stood out among nearly a thousand entries from over 70 countries or regions worldwide, winning the WINNER award in the concept category, thanks to its outstanding design and innovative concepts.
The ICONIC AWARDS: Innovative Architecture is the highest official design awards in Germany, featuring intense competition.
With a total floor area of 5964 square meters, the Liulin Park Ecological Restoration Pavilion was initially positioned as a low-carbon, nearly zero-energy consumption building during the design phase. The building incorporates a monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic power generation system, a high-insulation system, and an efficient heat recovery system, achieving near-zero energy consumption through the operation of multiple systems.
Once completed, the pavilion will serve functions such as ecological research, science education, and cultural experiences, becoming a signature urban park that integrates ecological, technological, cultural, and educational significance.
