Lamu Port Project in Kenya
Zhang Zhigang and Alfred, his apprentice from Kenya, met 12 years ago on the Berth 19 Project in Mombasa, Kenya. Later on, they were reunited at the Lamu harbor. Under the guidance of Zhang, Alfred was awarded the title of Outstanding Employee of Kenya by the Kenya-China Economic and Trade Association.
Reagan graduated from Technical University of Mombasa, Kenya. As a hard-learning young man, he spends his days at construction site with his mentor, Liang Jinghao. In the evening, he asks his mentor for advice and summarizes the progress and challenges of the construction. Through this daily routine of work and study, Reagan has acquired the skills and developed a strong friendship with his mentor.
Benin Project
Georgina, the Human Resources Manager of the project department, has taken the initiative to learn from Pei Weidan, the head of the department. After a period of time, Georgina is competent enough to be a human resource manager on her own and has become Pei Weidan's helpful assistance at work.

After some time, he grew into a highly skilled professional in testing.

Serbin is an HSE manager of the project. Under the guidance of Wang Heng, who has accumulated years of experience, Serbin carries out on-site HSE management and leverages his advantage in multilingual communication and local management. They work together on project safety management. Wang is not only Serbin's mentor, but also his friend.
Expansion Project of the University of the South Pacific in Solomon Islands
A Nepalese employee learnt project management from Zhang Chao, chief engineer of the project. He admires his mentor's expertise and is touched by his help. He said that he would like to be an engineer like his mentor in the future.
