Recently, the Phase 2 of Route Nationale (RN44) in Madagascar, constructed by CRBC under CCCC, officially opened to traffic. This road is hailed as a "lifeline of Madagascar's grain transportation." The President of Madagascar, Andry Rajoelina, and Prime Minister Christian Ntsay attended the opening ceremony.
President Andry Rajoelina personally drove a car to experience the newly completed road. He mentioned that the new road is smooth and comfortable, allowing vehicles to easily reach a speed of 100 km/h, a significant improvement in transportation for residents along the route.
The Phase 2 of RN44 is located in central Madagascar, with a total length of 73 kilometers, directly connecting to the largest rice-producing area in Madagascar, the town of Ambatondrazaka. After completion, the project will play a crucial role in ensuring food security in Madagascar, and it holds profound significance for promoting the country's infrastructure and socio-economic development.
