The main structure of the tower of the TRX Core Residence project in Kuala Lumpur was topped out, which has won the 40th MSOSH Occupational Safety and Health Awards.
Recently, the main structure of the tower of the TRX Core Residence project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, undertaken by CCCC, has been topped out, and the project has entered the secondary structure and decoration construction stage.
The project is located at the Tun Razak International Trade Center in Kuala Lumpur. It is a super high-rise building covering an area of 6,687 square meters, with a total building area of 121,000 square meters. It is composed of9 levels of podiums and 3 towers, of which Tower 1 and Tower 2 are residential apartments while Tower 3 is an apartment hotel. Once completed, the project will boost the local economy.
The project team adopts innovative construction technologies and information-based management, promotes the application of green building construction technologies, and has achieved many important achievements: The project has applied for 10 patents and 4 authorized patents; the BIM model plus BIM360 collaboration platform adopted by the project has realized paperless office on site to a certain extent.
In December 2022, the project was awarded the 40th MSOSH Occupational Safety and Health Awards for its outstanding performance in safety and health management.
