Pegasus Suites and Corporate Centre in Guyana LEED certified

Located in Georgetown, capital of Guyana and facing the Atlantic, the Pegasus Suites and Corporate Centre is a new landmark of Guyana and even the whole Caribbean region.

Recently, the Pegasus Suites and Corporate Centre in Guyana become LEED certified successfully.
Established and promoted by U.S. Green Building Council in 2003, LEED encourages to carry out green design and construction through innovative technologies and methods.
In the LEED certification this time, a total of 58 items in 9 aspects including location and transportation, sustainable construction sites, water saving and efficiency increasing, energy and atmosphere, raw materials and resources, indoor environment quality, innovative technologies and methods, project design suitable for local conditions, as well as comprehensive management and control procedures were verified and evaluated.
Located in Georgetown, capital of Guyana and facing the Atlantic, the Pegasus Suites and Corporate Centre is a new landmark of the country and even the whole Caribbean region. With a total construction area of about 35,000 square meters, the project consists of a 12-floor tower building and a 7-floor podium building to serve as a large hotel and a conference center. Under the green design concept, the project team integrates the construction style, decorations, and cultural taste with local natural landscapes and cultural environment.
