Sami Kouachi, the project manager of the owner—Sonatrach, firstly introduced the project and the construction progress to the reporter. With an annual throughput of 23 million tons, the Port of Skikda is the second largest petrochemical port in Algeria. The port's expansion project is one of the key infrastructure projects of Sonatrach.
