The hydraulic filling project (phase one) of the Sabrang Tourism Park in Bangladesh completed
All the hydraulic filling tasks in the project (phase one) of the Sabrang Tourism Park in Bangladesh were completed. The project is located in the estuary of the Naf River at the border between Bangladesh and Myanmar, and the main construction consists of cofferdam engineering and hydraulic filling. The hydraulic filling area of the phase one of the project is about 900,000 square meters with the longest hydraulic filling distance of 9.5 kilometers. After completion, this tourist area, Cox's Bazar and the St. Martin's Island will jointly form an economic circle of tourism, boost Bangladeshi tourism economy development and become the country's new economic growth point and development engine.
The asphalt concrete surface pavementof the 5th bidding section of the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expresswayproject in Cambodia completed
As the first expressway in Cambodia, the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway connects the country's capital and largest harbor city. The project will further strengthen the interconnection and communication between China and the ASEAN countries. Located in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, the 27.05-kilometer-long 5th bidding section commenced on June 18, 2019. The expressway will open to traffic and start trial operation in September, 2022, and by then, the travel time between two cities will be shortened from 5 hours to less than 2 hours.
The main-line bridge of the Jamaican southern coastal region upgrade and renovation project successfully breaks through
The T-shape girder of the Milk River Bridge in the Jamaican southern coastal region upgrade and renovation project was set up, marking the whole-part breakthrough of the main-line bridge. Since the first piece of the T-shape girder was set up on February 25, 2022, it took the project team 81 days to over many difficulties and to continuously optimize the construction plan, thus successfully finishing setting up the T-shape girders of the main-line bridge.
The Tianmu River flood control and landscape project in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province passes the acceptance check
To meet the requirements of water tide blocking, blood controlling, and drainage, as well as municipal facilities, transportation, water environment, water resources, and natural landscapes, the construction are divided into two parts including flood controlling and landscape engineering which cover an area of about 91.28 kilometers. In the project, the flood controlling part mainly includes the construction of a 6.76-kilometer-long bank structure. In addition, the landscape engineering has a total design length of about 6.46 kilometers and includes water providing and drainage, as well as the construction ofbarge banks along the river, sponge city facilities, and landscape bridges. After completion, the project will provide water for the central area of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin and effectively improve local natural environment.
The mainland-island transportation pier in the Yanwoshan Scenery Spot in Daishan County, Zhejiang Province put to use
The opening of the pier provides a "new gateway" to northern places including Shanghai for people living on the Zhoushan Islands. The pier is the largest under-construction one for mainland-island transportation in Zhejiang Province, and it's a maritime traffic hub for onshore-and-offshore transportation conversion with two 3,000-ton-level vehiclebarge berths, two 1,000-ton-level passenger barge berths, as well as supporting facilities including approach bridges and breakwaters.
The Dazhou Airport Avenue Project in Sichuan Province passes the acceptance check
With a total length of 12.32 kilometers, bidirectional 8 lanes, and a main-line design speed of 60 kilometer per hour, the construction consists of roads, bridges, traffic safety facilities, and green areas. After opening to traffic, the avenue will connect the old and new urban areas and the airport, boost the integrated development of the airport area and the new area, and further optimize the city's road network.
The ZPMC-manufactured 3,600-ton-level roller-type rotation crane handed over
The ZPMC-manufactured 3,600-ton-level roller-type rotation crane was handed over on the loading dock in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. The carne has a double-main-hook design with the biggest fixed lifting weight of 3,600 tons, the double-hook biggest rotation weight of 2,400 tons, and double hooks or secondary hooks working simultaneously while hoisting, luffing, and rotating. As an important piece of marine equipment for the installation, construction, and maintenance in the field of offshore wind power, the crane will be mainly used in construction and lifting operations in international coastal areas.
The whole part of the Yanlai Tunnel on the Nandan-Tian'e Expressway in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region breaks through
With a total length of about6.3 kilometers, the tunnel is the longest expressway one under construction in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The tunnel is aseparating crossing-mountain super-long one with bidirectional 4 lanes and the largest embedment depth of 435 meters. The surrounding rock of the tunnel is mainlysandstone and partly mixed with mudstone and shale, thus putting higher construction requirements. In the construction, the project team has overcome difficulties including the high temperature in the tunnel and the complex construction environment, adopted a full set of mechanized construction technologies, and finished the nodal task safely and efficiently. After opening to traffic, the 104.9-kilometer-long Nandan-Tian'e Expressway will effectively improve travel conditions for local people, and promote the rural vitalization and the high-quality economic and social development along the way.
Main part of the Second Hanjiang River Bridge closed on in Hubei Province
The main part of the Second Hanjiang River Bridge on the National Highway G346 closed on in Yicheng City, Hubei Province, and First Highway Engineering is responsible for the construction of the bridge and the connecting line. Located in Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, the project runs a length of about18 kilometers and is constructed according to the level-I highway construction standard. With a length of about 5 kilometers,a whole-line design speed of 80 kilometers per hour, and bidirectional 6 lanes on the river-spanning section, the Second Hanjiang River Bridge is a prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame one. After completion, the project will greatly ease the traffic pressure on the Hanjiang Bridge in Yicheng City, strengthen the communication of people and logistics on the both sides of the Hanjiang River, and further optimize local road network.
