Recently, the main substation of the container yard and general engineering projectof Abidjan Terminal in Côte d'Ivoire was connected to the mains, which means that the main substation was successfully powered up.
The main content of the project is to build about 37.5 hectares of container yard and related supporting facilities in the land area behind the newly expanded Abidjan Terminal, which consists of cast-in-place piles, track beams, water supply and drainage systems, electrical and communication systems. Among them, the electrical system accounts for a large proportion in the project, including more than 40,000 meters of medium and low voltage cables, one main transformer station, two backup generators, two step-up transformers, 20 sub-box transformers, 37 high-pole lights and many low-voltage power distribution cabinets and other equipment.
The successful power-on of the main substation this time has laid a reliable foundation for the smooth completion of the project. In the next step, the project department will continue to reasonably arrange various resource allocations to speed up the project progress.
