Shangri-La Office and Commercial Complex Project
Shangri-La Office and Commercial Complex project is the first overseas super high-rise building constructed by CCCC. The second-phase apartment tower is 197.87 meters high.
It is a first large-scale development project in Sri Lanka that combines a commercial, residential, hotel, and office building. The apartment project is the first super-furnished commercial apartment building in Sri Lanka.
In building the main structure, CCCC project team completed one floor in four and a half days in the standard-story tower building, setting the fastest construction speed of super high-rise buildings in Sri Lanka. The main structures of Tower 1 and Tower 2 of the 197.87-meter twin towers were completed about 30 days ahead of schedule. From the excavation of the podium building to the capping, the project team took four months tocomplete all the individual structural contents including the construction of the podium structure of nearly 9,000 square meters.

Havelock City Commercial Development project is currently the tallest building inprogressby CCCC overseas, covering an area of 19,872 square meters, with a total building height of 203.05 meters and a total building area of 141,092 square meters.
Once completed, it will be a super-high and super-large intelligent complex integrating shopping, entertainment and office, and provide supporting facilities for the surrounding apartment projects.
The project uses large-span prestressed beams, with a maximum span of 22 meters. Therefore, the laying and tensioning of prestressed steel strands, as well as concrete maintenance and formwork removal have become the focus of the construction process.
The thickness of the base plate in the core area of the main tower of this project is 3.5 meters. It is a high-strength and large-volume concrete structure construction. The one-time uninterrupted pouring of 3,168 cubic meters of concrete is rare in Sri Lanka, and the pouring depth of large raft slabs up to 5.6 meters is also the first implementation in Sri Lanka.
