On November 26, the Southeast semi-loop of the Phase II of Harbin Metro Line 3, co-constructed by CCCG, officially began its trial passenger operation.

The Phase II of Metro Line 3 is a loop line that runs through the central city of Harbin, with a total length of about 32 kilometers. The construction of the Southeast semi-loop started in May 2016, with a total of 19 stations and a total length of approximately 18.6 kilometers. In order to ensure the full operation of the loop line as scheduled, the southeast semi-loop line has entered the no-load trial operation at the end of October. During the 30-day no-load trial operation, the vehicles, power supply, signal and other equipment were in good operating condition, with all key indicators in compliance with the requirements. The Southeast semi-loop went into the phase of trial operation.

After put into operation, the Southeast semi-loop can realize the interchange with Metro Lines 1 and 2, thus integrating the radiation of the subway operation network featuring "cross + loop", providing better service for Harbin's citizens and facilitating the economic growth in Harbin.
