Recently, the comprehensive treatment PPP project and the comprehensive renovation project of lakes and backbone rivers in Nanxun District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, co-invested and constructed by CCCC Investment Company Limited and CCCC First Harbor Engineering Company Ltd, passed the acceptance criteria, and entered the operation stage.

The project consists of a comprehensive improvement project for rural rivers and a comprehensive improvement project for lakes and backbone rivers, with the construction area covering about 702 square kilometers in Nanxun District. It includes the comprehensive management of river networks and water systems in 83 villages, with the length of 300 kilometersof river treatment. Completed in April this year, the main content of the project includes embankment protection, river dredging, water system connection, water ecological restoration, landscape greening, etc. 

As the largest livelihood project of the water conservancy system in Huzhou City, the project is also an important measure for the economic development, and the construction of a crystal Nanxun. After its completion, the project contributes to the building of clear rivers and beautiful shore greens with sound functions and harmony between people and water, and has improved the effective capacity of regional flood control and drainage, promoted the development of local villages, and achieved the goal of building a charming city of water villages.
