The Marunda 2A pile-supported terminal in Indonesia, built by China Harbour Engineering Company, has officially commenced operations.

The project includes three berths capable of accommodating barges of approximately 8,000 to 12,000 deadweight tonnes, handling dry bulk, wet bulk, and general cargo.

Once operational, the terminal will enhance logistics efficiency and transport capacity in Jakarta, lower overall logistics costs, and drive industrial growth in the region.
