In his remarks, Ahmed said the project marks a major milestone for Ethiopia's tourism and convention industries and has significantly boosted confidence in developing high-quality tourism projects nationwide. He added that the project respects the local culture and natural landscape, has created a landmark destination, and generated substantial employment opportunities for local communities.

Located in Arba Minch, South Ethiopia Regional State, the resort covers 125 hectares with a total floor area of 25,300 square meters. Its facilities include a conference hall accommodating up to 1,300 people and a 360-degree revolving lakeside restaurant.

The project is expected to boost Ethiopia's tourism industry, expand local employment opportunities, promote regional economic development, and serve as a model for high-quality tourism infrastructure development across the country.
