The five-day visit was described by participants as both a reunion across continents and an emotional homecoming.

In late January, recipients of the 2024–2025 CCCC Top 10 Outstanding International Young Employees award were invited to Beijing to attend a recognition event at the company's headquarters. The five-day visit was described by participants as both a reunion across continents and an emotional homecoming.
Several awardees said the experience "felt like returning home," noting that Beijing's historical depth, modern vitality and open atmosphere deepened their understanding of the company's culture of "CCCC, Our Family".
An immersive city walk connected them with both China's civilizational heritage and contemporary development. At the Forbidden City, they explored imperial architecture and history, while exhibitions at the National Museum of China offered insights into the country's path toward modernization.
From the observation deck of the Central Radio & TV Tower, they viewed the capital's skyline. At the National Stadium and the National Aquatics Center, they revisited the legacy of the Olympic Games, describing their impressions of a dynamic and modern China.
At Shougang Park, a former steel complex transformed into an Olympic venue and urban public space, participants reflected on China's approach to sustainable development and urban regeneration. Some noted similarities with CCCC's infrastructure projects they support, which they said contribute not only to transport connectivity but also to regional economic transformation and green transition.
Climbing the Great Wall, they described the structure as a symbol of resilience and connection, drawing parallels with cross-border teamwork and cooperation on overseas projects.
The visit concluded in the Qianmen and Dashilan streets, where participants sampled traditional snacks and experienced local cultural performances.
Several said the trip embodied the spirit of "CCCC, Our Family" and strengthened their sense of belonging within the organization.
