The MEED Projects Awards, is known as the "Oscars" of the Middle Eastern infrastructure sector, recognizing projects for innovation, exceptional delivery, sustainability, social contribution, and engineering quality.

The project had extremely high ecological and environmental requirements. Throughout the construction process, the project team diligently fulfilled its environmental protection responsibilities, overcoming technical challenges and material transportation difficulties in offshore island operations. The team innovatively proposed an integrated construction solution for working on the island, significantly improving construction efficiency and quality. The project also earned the client's LEED certification.

The project was completed by the end of August 2024, providing strong support for the quality upgrade of the local tourism industry and significantly contributing to Saudi Arabia's economic diversification.
