Kyrgyz President inaugurates the CARs-3 Project

The construction team overcame numerous difficulties and successfully delivered the project with high quality and efficiency.

Recently, the 50-kilometer Third Phase of the Central Asia Regional Links Program (CARs-3 Project), constructed by CRBC, was completed and opened to traffic after three years of construction. Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov attended the inauguration ceremony and delivered a speech.
Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov emphasized that this modern highway connects Lake Issyk-Kul with Kazakhstan's Almaty Region and Almaty City, and will play a vital role in enhancing regional connectivity, expanding trade with neighboring countries, and promoting tourism development.
The newly opened section forms part of the highway linking eastern Kyrgyzstan to the border with Almaty City, Kazakhstan. Despite challenging terrain at elevations ranging from 1,820 to 2,220 meters, the construction team overcame numerous difficulties and successfully delivered the project with high quality and efficiency.
