Recently, at the 2025 Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Awards Ceremony in Singapore, CHEC received the Safety and Health Award Recognition for Projects (SHARP) for its outstanding safety performance on the 8 Shenton Way project. The award represents the highest honor in Singapore's workplace safety and health sector.

The 8 Shenton Way project, upon completion, will become Singapore's tallest landmark building. The project involves demolishing the existing commercial office structure at 8 Shenton Way in the Central Business District and constructing a new 63-storey, 305-meter-tall mixed-use tower with a total floor area of 144,000 square meters.
