President of Nauru attends groundbreaking ceremony for Sports Center in Nauru

The groundbreaking ceremony for the Sports Center constructed by CHEC was recently held. President of Nauru, David Adeang, attended the event and delivered a speech.
The project will include a multi-functional indoor arena, a standard athletics track, a football field, and supporting training facilities. Once completed, it will become the largest and most fully equipped sports complex in the country.
President David Adeang noted that the facility will provide the people of Nauru with a high-standard venue for physical activity, playing a vital role in promoting fitness and combating chronic health issues such as obesity and diabetes.
