From September 6 to 7, Wang Haihuai, General Manager of CCCC, attended a series of business meetings in Singapore. He met with Sean Chiao, Chief Executive Officer of Surbana Jurong Group, a Singapore-based urban, infrastructure, and management services consulting firm. Wang Haihuai also convened a work meeting regarding CCCC's business in Singapore.
On the morning of September 7, Wang Haihuai held discussions with Sean Chiao to explore further cooperation between the two sides.
Wang Haihuai emphasized that CCCC has consistently recognized Singapore as a pivotal overseas market ever since initiating operations in the country in 1986. He noted that throughout the years, the collaboration between CCCC and Surbana Jurong Group has been steadily intensified, expanding into third-party international markets with highly productive outcomes. He conveyed his aspiration for both sides to persist in capitalizing on their distinct strengths, particularly in domains such as transportation infrastructure as well as planning and research on urban development, so as to deepen bilateral partnership to achieve mutual benefits and win-win outcomes.
On the same day, Wang Haihuai chaired a work meeting focused on CCCC's operations in Singapore.
During this meeting, he commended CCCC's recent achievements in Singapore and outlined specific requirements for the next stage of high-quality development. These requirements encompass comprehensive business growth, the establishment of a shared financial platform, improved resource integration, the creation of standardized management systems, and enhanced operational quality and efficiency.
While in Singapore, Wang Haihuai also conducted field inspections of CCCC's projects, including the Residential Site at Lentor Central, the Johor Bahru-Singapore RTS Link, and the Tuas Nexus Integrated Waste Management Facility. He also extended his greetings and appreciation to front-line employees.
