Wang Tongzhou pays a courtesy call on Brazilian President

Wang Tongzhou paid a courtesy call on Brazilian President Lula to express the desire to increase cooperation between Brazilian and Chinese companies in infrastructure construction.

On April 13, Wang Tongzhou, Chairman of CCCC, paid a courtesy call on Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva in Shanghai, who was on a state visit to China. The two sides exchanged views on further deepening cooperation in infrastructure construction and other fields.
Wang Tongzhou thanked the Brazilian government for its long-term care and support for CCCC, and introduced the development of CCCC and its business in Brazil. He said, in recent years, CCCC has been focusing on big transportation and big cities, leveraging its advantages in international rivers, lakes, and seas, and building itself into a world-class enterprise with global competitiveness in technology, management, and quality. With famous international brands such as CHEC, CRBC, ZPMC, and CWE, CCCC is willing to give full play to its advantages in the whole infrastructure industry chain and comprehensive integrated services, and increase input in resources to contribute to the rapid economic and social development of Brazil.
Lula expressed his appreciation for CCCC's development achievements in Brazil. He said, Brazil currently has a strong economic development momentum and a broad market prospect, and it has set out plans for a massive programme of transport infrastructure development to maximize employment and economic development. It is hoped that CCCC will continue leveraging its advantages and further increase its investment in Brazil's infrastructure construction.
Sun Liqiang, Assistant General Manager of CCCC, and Wang Jingchun, head of CCCC's international business, were present.
