CCCC Attends the 2023 Conference on International Industrial Cooperation (Singapore) and China's Machinery & Electronics Show in Singapore

During the conference, attendees visited the CCCC's exhibition and exchanged ideas on CCCC's overseas business, the projects under construction in Singapore, integrated electromechanical solutions, and electromechanical products and services.

On March 22, the 2023 Conference on International Industrial Cooperation (Singapore) and China's Machinery & Electronics Show was opened in Singapore. Chen Zhong, Vice General Manager of CCCC, attended the opening ceremony and related activities upon invitation.

Chen Zhong chaired the digital economy-themed keynote speech and the seminar on co-creating new drivers for the digital economy, sharing ideas and measures for co-creating new drivers for digital economy. Chen Zhong stated that the digital economy has become a key force in reshaping global resource allocation, restructuring the global economy, and changing the global competitive landscape.

Chen Zhong pointed out that China and Singapore have a solid foundation for cooperation in digital economy development, and the prospects for cooperation are broad. It is hoped that through this seminar, more enterprises will be encouraged to actively participate in the development of digital economy, continuously accelerate the construction of new digital infrastructure, promote the deep integration of digital technology with the real economy, and contribute more to the practical cooperation between China and Singapore in digital economy. 

During the conference, attendees visited the CCCC's exhibition and exchanged ideas on CCCC's overseas business, the projects under construction in Singapore, integrated electromechanical solutions, and electromechanical products and services.

The conference was guided by the Ministry of Commerce of China and the Ministry of Trade & Industry of Singapore and was jointly hosted by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products and the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Nearly 600 representatives from RCEP countries, international organizations, industry associations, financial institutions, and enterprises participated in the conference.

During his visit to Singapore, Chen Zhong also conducted field research on CCCC's projects in Singapore, such as the Boon Lay MRT Station J106, Jurong East MRT station J120, a property development project in Lentor Central, and the Johor Bahru-Singapore RTS Link T235 Project.
