Sri Lankan President attends opening ceremony of Havelock City

Havelock City Commercial Development project is located in Colombo 6, with a total building height of 203.05 meters, which is the tallest office building in Sri Lanka. The project is also the first super high-rise complex constructed by CCCC overseas.

The opening ceremony of Haverock City Commercial Development project in Sri Lanka, which is contracted by CHEC, a subsidiary of CCCC, was held. More than 100 people attended the ceremony, including Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe, the mayor of Colombo and other people from all walks of life in Sri Lanka as well as representatives of the owner and CCCC.

President Ranil Wickremesinghe congratulated the project on the successful opening and hoped that the project, as the largest international shopping center in central Colombo, would provide an unparalleled shopping experience for local residents and tourists and promote the development of local tourism.
Havelock City Commercial Development project is located in Colombo 6, with a total building height of 203.05 meters, which is the tallest office building in Sri Lanka. The project is also the first super high-rise complex constructed by CCCC overseas. The project has a construction area of 141,000 square meters, with 2 underground floors and 49 above-ground floors.
The smooth opening of the project will further improve high-end commercial development in the downtown area of Sri Lanka's capital, enhance the international image of the capital, and create a large number of jobs while further promoting the social and economic development of Sri Lanka.
