Recently, CCCC and China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "GWAMCC") held a signing ceremony for deepening bilateral strategic cooperation. CCCC President Wang Tongzhou and GWAMCC President Li Junfeng attended the ceremony, witnessed the signing and had an informal discussion.

Wang Tongzhou welcomed Li Junfeng and his delegation, and introduced CCCC's development. Besides, he hoped that the two sides can foster strategic cooperation solidly, work together to explore and innovate in financial services, asset management and equity operations, and realize mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.
Li Junfeng thanked CCCC for the warm reception and introduced GWAMCC's development. He said that GWAMCC always sticked to rule-based operations, strived to perform its business functions in collection, management and disposal of assets as well as acquisition and reorganization, improved allocation of economic resources, and safeguarded national and regional financial stability. He also said that GWAMCC would made good use of its advantages and provide CCCC with high-quality and comprehensive financial services in all aspects. In addition, he expressed that the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement was of great significance and would certainly bright more opportunities for mutual benefit, the win-win situation, and high-quality development.

CCCC general accountant Peng Bihong and Zheng Haiyang from GWAMCC signed the agreement on behalf of the bilateral parties. According to the agreement, both sides will carry out strategic cooperation in various aspects including equity investment, asset management and financial services.
