On February 18, the CCCC Meeting on Overseas Deployment in 2022 was held at CCCC's headquarter in Beijing. During the meeting, the Company has summarized its overseas efforts in 2021, analyzed the current situation and tasks, and studied and deployed key tasks in 2022. Wang Tongzhou, Chairman of the Company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. General Manager Wang Haihuai presided over the meeting.
Wang Tongzhou pointed out in his speech that in 2021, faced with the complex situation of rapid evolution of the unprecedented changes in a century, ongoing global spread of the COVID-19 epidemic and challenging recovery of the world economy, the Company actively responded to the difficulties and challenges, took the initiative to adapt to changes, accelerated the reform of institutional mechanism, coordinated epidemic prevention & control and production & operation, stabilized the basic foundation of overseas development, and demonstrated its resilience and vitality as a leading enterprise "going abroad".
Wang Tongzhou stressed that we should change our mindset, reshape our system and start a new journey of "CCCC Internationalization" development. First, we should enhance our strategic thinking, establish the concept of global development, cultivate a global strategic vision, build a global business layout, develop global resource allocation and establish a global talent system; second, we should deepen the reform of institutional mechanism, reshape the integrated management system, change the previous management mode of compartmentalizing domestic and overseas business, accelerate the formation of an integrated management system for overseas business, strengthen the synergy and cooperation between the front and back office, explore the replication and reengineering of the management system, and upgrade and optimize the internal cooperation mode. Third, we should broaden the overall development pattern, innovate and upgrade the expansion method, actively engage ourselves in the "double cycle", keep expanding the business map, make efforts to expand the specialized development, and vigorously promote our local increment.
Wang Tongzhou called for all departments of the Company to take multiple measures and focus on implementation to provide robust support and guarantee for the high-quality development of overseas business. The Company's work meeting has made clear the general requirements of "High-quality Development Implementation Year". All overseas business should follow the Company's overall deployment, firmly insist on the guidance of high-quality development, focus on the three missions of "Stable Growth, Excellent Structure and Risk Control", and make every effort to build the foundation of CCCC's international development. We should adhere to the goal-oriented approach and strive to achieve high-quality operation targets; we should prioritize overseas development and provide high-quality development mechanism guarantee; we should adhere to the practical implementation and enhance the execution capability of high-quality development; we should adhere to the bottom-line mindset and strengthen the risk defense for high-quality development.
Wang Haihuai proposed requirements for the implementation of the meeting spirits: first, the Company should work together to build a three-dimensional management system "Led by the Headquarters, with unified and orderly Structure, and efficient synergy", to promote efficient and coordinated development of overseas business; second, the Company should focus on its priorities, further strengthen regional coordination, optimize its business layout, improve its cash flow capacity, stabilize the fundamentals of overseas markets, explore and expand new business increments, and improve the quality and efficiency of overseas market operations; third, the Company should realize comprehensive improvement, improve the efficiency of global resource allocation, promote the transformation of sustainable development, promote the innovation and development of overseas business, strengthen the prevention and control of overseas business risks, realize the smooth operation of overseas business, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the Company from "Business Internationalization" to "Company Internationalization". He stressed that all departments of the Company should fully and deeply implement the meeting spirit and make concerted efforts to promote the Company's overseas high-quality development.
Wen Gang, Vice General Manager of the Company, made a report on overseas business entitled "Taking Opportunities with Confidence to Start a New Journey of CCCC Internationalization with High-Quality Development". The Report presented a comprehensive summary of the Company's overseas business in 2021, analyzing the situation and missions accurately, mapping out the baseline, identifying the orientation and catching the focus, and clarifying the general ideas of overseas business in 2022.
The Meeting also commended the outstanding units, overseas organizations and project teams of the Company's overseas business in 2021.
The Meeting was held both online and offline, which was attended by leaders of the Company, including Liu Xiang, Sun Ziyu, Wang Jian, Pei Minshan, Li Maohui, Zhu Hongbiao, Chen Zhong and Yang Zhichao.
