CCCG holds Overseas Supplier Exchange Meeting and Import Procurement Signing Ceremony

On the afternoon of November 7, CCCG Overseas Supplier Exchange Meeting and Signing Ceremony of Procurement Contracts was held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) at the 4th China International Import Expo. Deputy General Manager of CCCG, Wen Gang, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

Deputy General Manager of CCCG, Wen Gang, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

In his speech, Wen Gang took the construction of CCCG's supply chain management system and the development of the overseas supply chain as background and analyzed how enterprises should build an overseas supply chain amid the epidemic. He said that CCCG will further strengthen communication and cooperation with all parties to promote the common development to a new high. He also put forward initiatives on the development of the supply chain system: first, grasp the development trend and build an open and inclusive supply chain; second, strengthen the collaboration and cooperation and build a mutually beneficial and win-win supply chain; third, adhere to the innovation-drive development and build a digital and intelligent supply chain; fourth, focus on low-carbon and energy saving and build a green supply chain; fifth, focus on risk prevention and build a safe and stable supply chain.

Representatives of CCCG's overseas suppliers, the Holcim Group, Volvo, Liebherr Group, ABB and other companies, and relevant principals of China Road and Bridge Corporation delivered speeches.

During the meeting, ZPMC signed import procurement contracts with 10 overseas suppliers. Among them, ZPMC signed contracts with Siemens, ABB and Yaskawa Electric for electrical control systems, with Zhongda Hoisting Engineering Technology Co. Ltd. for slings for lifting loads, with Schaeffler Group for bearings, with Igus for drag chains, with Prysmian Group for flexible cables, with Dana Bubanza for brakes, with Conductix-Wampfler for a mobile power supply system, and with KISWIRE Ltd. for steel wire ropes. The signing further expands and deepens CCCG's international cooperation in building an overseas supply chain with global suppliers, fully showing that CCCG is taking the complementary advantages of all parties to pursue win-win cooperation.
