In order to build a modern industrial chain, CCCC firstly improves its own leading role in construction, organization and work system of industrial chains, and establishes relevant special work mechanisms. At the same time, it promotes the building of the leading role in industrial chains in a graded and classified manner, and builds its own industry chain leaders according to the requirements of building the leading role in modern industry chains.
