It will further

vertical structure adjustments. The horizontal
adjustment is targeting at the revenue contribution share of each segment—accompanying
consolidating “major communications business” and "major civil engineering
business”, the Company’s foundation and key industries. It will gradually
reduce the reliance on capital construction business, increase input in
investment businesses of relevant fields, revitalize equipment manufacturing
business, complete comprehensive logistics and trading business, and research
and explore the strategic new business. The vertical
adjustment is targeting at organization and integration of industry chain,
transformation of growth mode, reduction in single construction business, and
development towards comprehensive business integrated with planning, investment
and EPC, towards business of high technology and high added value, and towards
regionalization and integration, to drive the industrial upgrading,
coordination among businesses, and achieve the greatest profitability.
