Now, CHEC is extending lighting coverage to 26 villages along the Keffi-Makurdi expressway.

Mase Village in Benue State, Nigeria, has recently been illuminated by 20 solar streetlights donated by CHEC. As night falls, a warm glow spreads across the village roads, allowing residents to travel after dark.
The team conducted in-depth research, working with villagers to survey and select optimal installation sites and develop the best setup plan. Today, night stalls have sprung up at the village entrance, reflective warning devices have been added at intersections, and the small village has been revitalized by the light.
Now, CHEC is extending lighting coverage to 26 villages along the Keffi-Makurdi expressway. With every lamp installed, equipment maintenance and electrical safety training are also provided.
When the fate of a small village was quietly transformed by a single lamp, the Keffi-Makurdi expressway that stretches across the grassland has already become a bridge connecting the hearts of the people.
