Serbia: CCCC restores power in Sevojno during extreme cold

Rare heavy snow and sub-zero temperatures cut electricity to over 2,000 households in Sevojno, western Serbia. At the request of local authorities, the CRBC's Novi Sad–Ruma Expressway project team deployed two 50-kW diesel generators to restore power and meet residents'essential needs.
The team completed equipment mobilization, loading, transport, and on-site delivery in just four hours—braving extreme weather and a 500-km round trip to deliver aid in the snow. This once again exemplifies "China Speed" and the China–Serbia friendship.
As the generators began operating smoothly, Dragan, equipment manager at the Sevojno power authority, clasped the hands of Chinese technicians and said emotionally, "Dear Chinese friends—thank you from the bottom of our hearts."
